Position: Tools Developer/Maintainer - Senior Location: Springfield, VA Clearance: Active TS/SCI General Responsibilities: * Provide for the development of visualization tools into NGA environments * Develop in an agile development environment. Responsible for participating in daily AGILE scrums and maintaining JIRA backlog * Work with customers to capture requirements and customer backlog * Direct and provide the preparation of required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation * Follow established processes and completes the appropriate documentation to ensure systems and applications achieve ATO Required Skills and Experience: * Active TS/SCI clearance * Working experience in CONFLUENCE development * Working experience in Tableau development. * Working experience in maintaining JIRA backlog * Performs multiple tasks at specialist level * Leads multiple Junior/Mid-level personnel * May be recognized as a SME * Evaluates & recommends new technology & processes based upon cost, risk, mission Education/Certification Required * Master's degree plus 4 years' experience, Bachelor's degree plus 6 years' experience, Associate's degree plus 8 years' experience, or a minimum of 8 years' experience in a relevant field Compass, Inc.
