As a Systems Analyst working for a locally-owned, independent Xerox Authorized Sales Agency, you will be backed by the world-class resources, products and solutions of Xerox Corporation. Responsibilities for the Systems Analyst role include:

  • Pre-sales support and network installations of Epson, HP, Kyocera, and Xerox multi-function devices and software solutions.
  • Customer training for Epson, HP, Kyocera, and Xerox multi-function devices and software solutions.
  • On site and/or remote trouble shooting of customer networks.
  • Support account managers in sales cycles of office solutions (engagement, analysis, presentation, demonstration, & implementation) involving computer network infrastructures for customers.
  • Work with customers’ IT personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Assist with identification of incremental revenue opportunities and value-added services.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Based in New York City servicing customers primarily in the following counties - NY: Bronx, New York, Kings, Queens, and Westchester CT: Fairfield
  • Reports to Systems Analyst Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Experience as a network analyst, network consultant, and/or network administrator.
  • Experience with troubleshooting & networking multi-function devices (scan to email, scan to network folder, installing print drivers).
  • Information Technology Bachelors or Associates Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Network certifications are a plus.
  • Computer repair experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must always be professional, friendly, polite, and tactful with customers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Valid driver’s license and minimum car insurance.
  • Reliable transportation is a must to travel to customer locations.
