A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize equipment, including machinery, hoppers, and extruders
- Use approved chemicals to clean and maintain production equipment
- Sweep, mop, and clean assigned production lines and surrounding areas
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices
- Follow all safety and Human Resources policies and procedures
- Attend work as scheduled and maintain punctuality
- Complete Lockout Tagout training within the first 90 days
- Support additional duties as assigned
- Identify food safety risks and escalate concerns to the lead or supervisor
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Machine Operator experience
- Detail oriented with strong attention to cleanliness and compliance
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Understanding of food safety practices and risk awareness
Physical Requirements
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
