Position Title: Senior Project Manager

Security Clearance Required: Top Secret Clearance Job Overview The Senior Project Manager, in support of the FBI Accounting and Technology Section, analyzes new and complex project-related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and other solution components. Job Responsibilities • Lead team on large projects or significant segments of large complex projects.
• Provide application systems analysis and programming activities for multiple Government sites and facilities. • Manage all aspects of projects, including the preparation of long and short-range plans for necessary support resources. • Demonstrate ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans; and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
• Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, and secure customer approvals. • Assess change requests to determine the impact on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk. Job Requirements • Must have Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college. The educational requirement may be waived if the candidate has fifteen (15) years or more of experience.
• Must have at least ten (10) years of complex project management experience in Government programs, projects, and activities. • Must have ten (10) years or more of experience managing all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for various types of projects.
• Must have eight (8) years or more experience providing written and oral reports to management, customers, and stakeholders regarding the progress of projects. • Must have the ability to resolve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
