Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Are you passionate about patient care and helping people feel confident about their smiles? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic team!

What You’ll Do:

• Guide patients and families through the orthodontic process with confidence and clarity
• Explain orthodontic treatment options, appliances, timelines, and costs in an easy-to-understand way
• Present treatment plans, review insurance benefits, and discuss flexible payment options
• Partner closely with the orthodontist to support consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Help convert treatment recommendations into scheduled starts
• Create a calm, welcoming experience for patients who may feel nervous about treatment or finances
• Coordinate referrals and communication with general dentists and outside offices
• Keep patient records organized and ensure smooth communication with the clinical and scheduling teams

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range: $23-30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
  (Higher compensation available for experienced orthodontic treatment coordinators)
• Full-time position with benefits
• Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends
