Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Temp to Hire

Middlebury | 3 Days/Week | $48–$50+/hr+

Highly reviewed private dental practice in Middlebury is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a hygienist who wants to try the practice first, enjoy a supportive team environment, and then transition to a permanent position if it’s a mutual fit.

We are a fully digital, patient-focused office that values teamwork, education, and quality care.

Schedule (Part-Time, 3 Days/Week)

• 3 consistent weekdays per week
• Flexible day selection
• Typical hours fall within:
• • Mon & Wed: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tues & Thurs: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Fri: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (alternating)
• Schedule set in advance and predictable

What We’re Looking For

• Active Connecticut RDH license
