Position Overview: The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our operations, including contract administration, supply chain management, and sales. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of building best-in-class processes, managing P&L statements, and driving revenue growth.



Responsibilities:


·         Participate in development of business objectives and related strategic plans to drive growth in key markets


·         Oversee contract administration processes, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and deadlines


·         Manage the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships


·         Build a team of employees by fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation


·         Take ownership of the P&L statement, including financial performance analysis and steering operations to achieve financial goals


·         Drive sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts, leveraging industry relationships and market insights


·         Establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders


·         Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics, and adjust business strategies accordingly


·         Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times


 


Qualifications


·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field


·         Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry, with a focus on civil construction contract administration and supply chain management


·         Demonstrated success in building and optimizing processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness


·         Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L statements and implementing financial controls


·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and other stakeholders


·         Strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically and make data- driven

·         Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, evolving environment
