Come inspire us through your dedication, creativity, and exceptional performance - we will do the same for you!This position has the opportunity to be leveled up for the right experience.Duties and Responsibilities:•Responsible for the development of system and board level requirements, architecture, conceptual designs, design verification protocols, test plans, test reports and manufacturing documentation.  •Responsible for designing, developing and troubleshooting electrical and electro-mechanical modules, circuit boards and systems.•Responsible for managing FPGA development, simulation, verification, and documentation. •Able to conduct/participate in design reviews, present results of formal analysis, generate project progress reports and investigation summaries•Participate in medical compliance and safety certification for various electrical systems.•Works with cross functional development teams comprised of electrical, mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers as well as project leaders, program managers, marketing and production personnel in development of new medical equipment as well as sustaining engineering activities•Manage sub-projects and provide technical oversight of internal and external resources. •Will design and coordinate the construction of manufacturing test fixtures for production manufacturing.•Performs sustaining engineering activities and continued support for existing products.   Senior Engineer Qualifications:•   Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related•   7+  years of relevant work experience.Principal Engineer Qualifications:•   Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related•   10 +  years of relevant work experience.Preferred Qualifications:• Prior medical device experience• Strong background in embedded real-time system design•Excellent written communication skills.  •Track record of completing development projects on-time and on-budget with incremental deliverables.•Must have a good balance of theoretical and practical experience and must be “hands on” in an electronics lab environment and have experience using basic test equipment •Demonstrated technical leadership of solutions with the ability to achieve results in a complex environment while managing multiple critical projects.•Working knowledge of CAD tools including Schematic Capture and Layout (OrCad, Allegro, Altium or equivalent) •5-7 years’ experience designing and implementing 8, 16 or 32 bit embedded processors in a commercial/medical environment (ARM7 or Cortex preferred).  •Working knowledge of C or C++ programming in an embedded environment.•Serial communication experience (UART, I2C, and SPI).•Verilog/VHDL and latest FPGA architectures. •ARM/Cortex•LVDS, TDMS, Video, HDMI, DisplayPort •IEC 60601, RoHS & WEEE standards0-20% travelThis position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorshipDisclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for the senior position is $102,940 to $161,760.
