What You’ll Do:
As a BCBA, you’ll lead in developing customized treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians, and partnering with families to foster meaningful progress.
Key Duties:
• Conduct behavior assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Oversee implementation and data analysis to ensure progress.
• Provide supervision and guidance to staff.
• Collaborate with families for effective outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation.
Requirements:
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
