What You’ll Do:

As a BCBA, you’ll lead in developing customized treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians, and partnering with families to foster meaningful progress.

 

Key Duties:

Conduct behavior assessments and develop intervention plans.

Oversee implementation and data analysis to ensure progress.

Provide supervision and guidance to staff.

Collaborate with families for effective outcomes.

Maintain detailed and compliant documentation.

 

Requirements:

BCBA certification in good standing.

Graduate degree in ABA or related field.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
