My client, a 200+ bed healthcare facility located in TN in the middle between Nashville and Knoxville has a need for a Cardiovascular Technician to join their team.

This position is responsible for meeting the needs of the Invasive Cardiovascular Services Department. The technologistwill assist the physician as a scrub assistant, procedure circulator, recording technician, and as needed in the Invasive Cardiovascular Services Department or any other area. The technician will engage in learning and assisting in invasiveand non-invasive cardiac testing. The technician will develop a working knowledge of all equipment and proceduresutilized in the care of the cardiac patient.

QUALIFICATIONS

Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma.
Certification from an approved school of Radiologic Technology or RCIS certification within 6 months of hire.
ACLS required within 1 year of hire
Previous Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab experience preferred. Working knowledge of sterile surgical technique, experience required.

Cardiovascular Technician (Can be a Certified Surgical Tech, Radiologic Technologist, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES))

We have 2 open Full-Time Cardiovascular Technicians in the Cardiac Cath Lab (requires on call time) and 1 open Full-Time Cardiovascular Technician in the EP Lab (does not require on call time).
Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p
The pay ranges are listed below:
Cardiovascular Technician (Certified Surgical Tech): $25.14-$30.54/hr., depending on experience as to where they fall at within the pay range.
Cardiovascular Technician (Radiologic Technologist): $27.50-$36.96/hr., depending on experience as to where they fall at within the pay range.
Cardiovascular Technician (RCIS): $29.00-$39.00/hr., depending on experience as to where they fall at within the pay range.
Cardiovascular Technician (RCES): $35.00-$45.00/hr., depending on experience as to where they fall at within the pay range
We also offer a sign on bonus or loan forgiveness with a 2 year contract post orientation (with terms):
2+ years experience- $7,500 sign on bonus –OR- up to $3,500 loan forgiveness with a 2 year contract post orientation
Shift Differentials are as follows:
$0.50 (if work 4 or more hours between 3p-11p)
$0.75 (if work 4 or more hours between 11p-7a)
$1.00 (weekends- if work between 11p Friday night to 7a Monday morning)
$2.00 (holidays)
