Construction Manager **Immediate Opportunity**
**Onsite** Constellation Software Engineering (CSE) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in the preparation of documents for maintenance and construction project planning.
• Monitor ongoing construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Conduct constructability and phasing reviews, design reviews, and site investigations.
• Develop procurement packages for maintenance services and projects.
• Provide design and construction quality assurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and contractual documents.
• Assist with signage updates and coordination.
• Ensure environmental compliance, including managing asbestos and lead-based paint remediation.
• Coordinate with regulatory and other government entities for permits and compliance. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction management.
• Engineering degree from an ABET or NAAB accredited school or equivalent.
• Experience in construction management, project planning, and quality assurance.
• Proficient in CAD and construction scheduling methods.
• Strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience or ability to prepare correspondence, written reports, and brief management personnel.
