Looking for a Senior Estimator, Engineer with expertise in wired LAN design, Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) network infrastructure, and cost estimation for federal, private, and public sector projects. Must have the ability to interpret and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), deliver detailed designs and cost estimates, and write clear, concise scopes of work. Will be responsible for leading the design, estimation, and documentation process for network infrastructure projects, ensuring all deliverables meet industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. Will be responsible for Wired LAN Design & Estimation, OSP/ISP Network Design & Estimation and RFP Interpretation & Proposal Development, Scope of Work writing .

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in network infrastructure design and cost estimation, with a focus on wired LAN, OSP, and ISP projects in federal, private, and public sectors.
- Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification is required.
- Expertise in wired LAN design and estimation, including structured cabling, networking hardware, and installation practices.
- Proficient in OSP and ISP design and estimation, including fiber optics, copper cabling, and pathway design.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (BICSI, TIA/EIA) and local/national codes for OSP/ISP installations.
- Ability to interpret and respond to RFPs, providing detailed designs, estimates, and proposals that align with client requirements.
- Experience preparing competitive bids for federal, private, and public sector projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for cost estimating, budgeting, and data management.
- Experience creating complex formulas, financial models, and data analysis tools to support accurate project estimates.
