Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Multifunction Driver to join our team in Oakwood.
$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 a month for 6 months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)
SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $23.90 with the potential of increasing to $24.40 after 90 days
PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
Job functions include:
Transports/loads/unloads poults, eggs, hogs, and feed as scheduled
Acts as a sub for other driving positions within the company as needed
Performs pre and post trip inspections and reports any maintenance/repair needs immediately
Maintains truck cleanliness; washes and disinfects truck as required
Must be 21 years of age and have a Class A CDL
Must have 2 years' driving experience, along with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Ability to tolerate adverse weather conditions and dusty conditions
Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time and safely climb ladders
