Full time and part-time positions are available in primary care and Sub-acute and Nursing facility work.  We utilize EPIC electronic health record in all our outpatient offices and DAX co-pilot which is integrated into our electronic health record to create AI generate progress notes so our providers can spend more time with their patients than worrying about documentation.  Our primary care team is supported by an interdisciplinary staff of medical assistants, LPNs, health coaches, and community health workers. We have robust Addiction Medicine services at Cooper and Integrative Behavorial Health in the clinics.
