*As a Staff Pharmacist you will: *
* Deliver excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
* Promote programs like Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with patient enrollment.
* Lead and coach the team to maintain high standards in patient service.
* Organize workflow for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
* Develop and maintain long-term care (LTC) business relationships with nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
* Identify and communicate LTC and Specialty business opportunities with marketers.
* Dispense medications and provide all clinical pharmacy services.
*Qualifications for this Staff Pharmacist position include: *
* Valid Pharmacist license or the ability to obtain one without any federal sanctions.
* PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
* Current Immunization Certification.
* Current CPR Certification.
* NPI Number.
