Responsibilities:
- Help customers select and purchase motorcycles that meet their needs
- Explain and demonstrate features on test drives
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect to generate a stream of new customers
- Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork and our dealership's success
- Maintain an enthusiastic and pleasant attitude
- Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
Qualification:
- Self-motivated - We look for personality, tenacity, reliability, and coachability
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and social media skills
- A positive attitude and well-groomed appearance
- Sales experience is preferred (not required)
- Motorcycle endorsement is preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable learning to move 800+ pound Harley-Davidson Motorcycles
