As an Automation Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in keeping our cutting-edge equipment running at peak performance while helping shape how maintenance is done in a brand-new plant.

What will you do?

Keep people and equipment safe by following all safety and environmental standards

Jump into hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to keep downtime low and productivity high

Log your work accurately in our CMMS

Help build and maintain a reliable spare parts inventory

Support exciting startup and improvement projects as we launch the new facility

Level up your skills through ongoing training and certifications

2-year technical degree preferred (Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Millwright, or Instrumentation & Controls) — or equivalent real-world experience

3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with PLCs and VFDs, especially Allen-Bradley systems

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

$34.00 – $36.00 per hour
