Job Title: Warehouse Maintenance Associate
Reports To: Assistant Operations Manager
Location: Everett, MA

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Objective:
The Warehouse Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and office environment. This role ensures that all workspaces and outdoor grounds meet cleanliness and safety standards, supporting efficient operations and a professional environment for staff and visitors.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Clean and maintain warehouse floors, aisles, loading docks, bathroom facilities, kitchen, office area, and outdoor walkways.
? Empty trash, recycle materials, and manage waste disposal according to company policy. Requires lifting 95 gallon trash barrels into dumpster that may weigh between 60 - 100lbs.
? Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and 2-wheeler repairs.
? Report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or facility issues to the Assistant Operations Manager promptly.
? Assist with setup or teardown of warehouse equipment, displays, or storage systems as needed. This entails lifting, reaching overhead, bending, pushing, and pulling.
? Other warehouse duties as needed and/or directed
- Picking orders for retail customers - cases weigh up to 33lbs [ 24 16 oz bottles ] 165 lbs for a ½ keg.
- Disposing of out of code beer - cases weigh up to 33lbs [ 24 16 oz bottles ]. Depending on volume and maintenance frequency, this could be a 30 minute or half day task.
- Repacking of damaged cases - cases weigh up to 33lbs [ 24 16 oz bottles ]
- Covering for a Forklift Operator; spending the shift in the warehouse manually going up and down on a lift, repetitive motion of lifting cases above head and stocking them on a glide rack.
- Moving empty and full 55 gallon DEF drums on and off of forklift [ empty weighs 25lbs; full weighs 460lbs ].
- Delivery driving a van / box truck to Supermarkets; orders ranging from 5 cases to 100 cases.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent required.
? 1 year previous experience in warehouse, janitorial, or maintenance roles, required.
? Ability to perform moderate physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
? Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
