Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below * Plan, assist, coordinate, draft and follow-up with the reports in the PMRT. * Assist with the planning and drafting of the Monthly Acquisition Report (MAR). * Assist with the coordination of briefings, papers, and inputs about the systems to ensure continuity and standardization across reports over time. * Assist with consolidating information for, generating charts, and facilitating staff meetings for senior program management. Charts include data from various tracking systems (travel, accountability, calendars, top issues, suspenses, personnel actions, etc.). * Assist with the maintenance and execution of the self-inspection checklist program (MICT). * Support the management and tracking of internal and external suspense tasks. * Assist with planning and tracking award review boards, award and decoration packages, Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) inputs, personnel performance reports and feedback. * Assist the division (and its members) with training and preparation of staff summary sheets and packages. * Assist with consolidating package information that needs to be staffed to LP, AFLCMC, AFMC, the AF, and DoD and its various organizations in support of the program and leadership. * Assist the division (and its members) with travel approval worksheets, to include drafting estimates and justification for the travel. The contractor shall assist with consolidating and staffing travel requests to the division as required. * Assist with consolidating information from the functional areas and Program Managers to draft reports and briefs as required. The briefs can be used for internal or external decisions as well as brainstorming sessions. The reports can be status reports for internal or external reporting as necessary. * Assist with the employment of analytical methods or techniques to collect, analyze, and evaluate information required by the LP Division managers. * Assist with coordinating all LP Division's top issues, activity reports and briefings for the Propulsion Directorate staff meetings. * Track, coordinate, and prepare reports and presentations for leadership IAW statutory and regulatory requirements. Education, Requirements and Qualifications * Clearance: Secret * MA/MS and ten (10) years of relative experience in the respective discipline being performed OR; * BA/BS and twelve (12) years of relative experience in the respective discipline being performed OR; * Fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications Working Conditions and Physical Requirements * May be required to lift 15 lbs. * May be required to stand and walk two (2) hours a day * Some travel may be required
