* Using User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) skills to design and shape Human Centered Design (HCD) products and experiences.
* Creating and designing web elements that optimize user interaction and experience.
* Collaborating to define solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
* Implementing solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
* Identifying design problems and devising solutions.
* Implementing user friendly solutions to simplify complex design roadblocks.
* Building wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize design.
* Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
* Managing and tracking requirements through the team's JIRA site.
* Implementing customer design standards and creating templates for reuse.
* Supporting user experience and user interface enhancement requirements.
* Assessing, monitoring, developing, reporting, and coordinating a comprehensive accessibility program plan for the office.
