Your Role as a BCBA

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.

  • Lead and support a team of registered behavior technicians (RBTs) through supervision and mentorship.

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress and celebrate milestones.

  • Continuously assess and adjust treatment goals to maximize success.

  • Maintain the highest ethical and clinical standards.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Pay: $86 - $100/hour

  • Schedule: Full-Time (22 hours/week) or Part-Time Available

  • Flexibility: Design a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

  • Location: Bowie, Maryland

What We’re Looking For

  • Current board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.

  • Experience supervising RBTs and leading ABA programs.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
