What You’ll Do
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing support and training
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
Track progress, update goals, and ensure quality outcomes
Maintain ethical and clinical excellence in all services
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and managing cases
Strong communication, leadership, and organization
A team-first mindset and passion for helping children thrive
Compensation and Schedule
Pay: $90–$110 per hour
