Compensation: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 - BASED ON EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to system architecture, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.


Create detailed architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation to support system design and development.


Design and implement system integrations, ensuring seamless operation between various components and third-party systems.


Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, translating them into system specifications.


Develops and maintains a deep understanding of pharmacy data sources, structures, and business implications to ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations.


Proficiency in system design architecture, including understanding of hardware, software, networking and security principles.


Security: Ensure systems are designed with security best practices, conducting regular security assessments and implementing necessary safeguards
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks and performance issues.


Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.


Consistently represents the company in a professional manner.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Proficient understanding of data architecture principles, data modeling, and data governance practices.


Proficient with healthcare data regulations (e.g., HIPAA, SOX) and ensuring compliance in data handling and analysis.


Effective verbal, written, and diagrammatic communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.
Technical knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC) from initial concept through development, testing, implementation, and operational support.
Excellent project management, time management, and organization skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, adjust schedule as needed, take initiative, escalate appropriately.


Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and research skills with the ability to accurately analyze information, make sound decisions and provide build recommendations while understanding of downstream effects.


Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, peers and leadership to develop solutions and secure stakeholder support.


Plan and lead medium to large, complex, and innovative HIT projects.
Maintains a high degree of credibility, independence, integrity ,confidentiality, and trust.


Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Demonstrates sound business judgment and is supportive of CSI Pharmacy’s mission and objectives.


Understands the complexities of a large organization. Involves others appropriately in consultations and decisions.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:


Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum 10years’ experience in healthcare/pharmacy process improvement and analytics.


Required experience in Project Management.


Experience with Visio, SQL and agile methodologies.


Preferred experience with compliance, Information Security and SOX.


Preferred experience in developing/ designing and document network, systems and processes.
