Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SME to monitor, evaluate, test, and manage training activities in the Learning Management Systems (LMS), including response to incidents and requests for the LMS via the I&T ticket system.
  • Oversee LMS re: regulatory audits, deviations management, validation programs and SOP’s
  • Lead Plasma US continuous improvement projects related to LMS, change management and change oversight
  • Collaborate with Change Quality Associates and Curriculum Developers to create training material/curricula integration into the LMS, ensuring curriculum content and methods meet legal, regulatory, and corporate objectives.
  • Stay current on new technologies with educational programs, workshops and professional conferences.
  • Establish communication channels for team to problem solve with skill in troubleshooting and documentation management, for continuous improvement in working with the LMS and change management
  • Maintain industry standards re: investigation, failure analysis, and corrective/preventative action tools to assess risk, investigate, and respond to complaints, non-conformance

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience working with learning management systems preferably in a highly regulated environment
  • Knowledge of and proven experience working with Change Management and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal and presentation skills to drive results
  • Understanding of regulatory standards, various local, state, and federal laws that apply to the business and where to find information on standards and interpretations
