Internship Details:

• Duration: 6-month internship, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance
• Working Hours: Full-time preferred, with the possibility to work part-time (minimum 60-70%)
• Location: Warsaw
• Start Date: immediately

As an Intern, you will work closely with analytics and forecasting professionals, helping transform data into actionable business insights while learning how commercial decisions are supported in a global pharmaceutical environment.

Your Responsibilities:

You will support the team in:

• Preparing business performance reports and presentations for management
• Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data using Excel, Power BI, and other tools
• Supporting dashboard development and insight generation
• Assisting with forecasting activities, quarterly updates, and planning cycles
• Contributing to cross-functional analytics and forecasting projects
• Helping communicate insights through effective data storytelling

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a STEM-related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (C1 level or above)
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

Nice to Have

• Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Power BI
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics tools
• Basic project management experience
