We are growing significantly and looking for someone to join our journey!Position Overview:The Global Controller will oversee all financial operations for a multinational corporation. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, as well as experience in managing month end and year end close processes. The ideal candidate will also have a CPA or MBA and knowledge of GAAP and international accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all aspects of the company's global accounting functionOversee the month end close process for all international entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reportingLead the year end close process, including preparation of financial statements and coordinating with external auditorsEnsure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards in all global operationsDevelop and maintain accounting policies and procedures for all international entitiesProvide financial analysis and recommendations to top management for strategic decision-makingManage M&A activities, including due diligence, financial integration, and post-acquisition accountingCollaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and drive efficiencyPrepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and the board of directorsOversee the preparation of balance sheets and cash flow statements for all international entitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProven experience as a Controller or similar role in a global companyStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including month end and year end close processesCPA or MBA preferredExperience with M&A and international accountingExperience managing multiple entities and consolidationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting softwareBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401kLife Insurance401k with matchApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred SkillsAccountingFinanceControllermonth end closeCPAMBAGAAPM&Ainternational accountingmulti entity
