SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL - UPTO $160K+

Raleigh, NC Full-time $140,000.00 - $160,000.00Posted 09/12/2024We are a commercial General Contractor that has been locally owned and operated in the Triangle are of North Carolina for the last 100+ years. We partner with our clients to provide expertise in a number of verticals including Life Sciences, Corporate, Office, Higher Ed and Healthcare to name a few, with projects ranging from large capital projects to small facility improvements. We have an incredible pipeline of projects running through 2025 and are actively looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team to run 2 ground up commercial projects. The successful candidate would have at least 5+ yrs of commercial experience, ideally with ground up experience running multiple projects. They possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction standards and the ability to manage complex projects. Duties may include, but are not limited to:Supervision and oversight directing construction projects from beginning to endReview the project plans and specifications, building design and schedulingHandle the overall project finances including reviewing and managing the budget and tracking expensesCoordinates with Superintendent to oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulationsVerify and review submittal management, i.e., log, submittal packages, and distribution.Review jobsite setup with SuperintendentReview material tracking and inventory logReview and maintain change order managementManage requisitions - compile & review, submit to owner, track payment, approve subcontractor paymentsManage project closeoutPrepare internal and external reportsBenefitsFull BenefitsCar AllowanceAnnual Profit Sharing401KApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred SkillsConstructionGround UpCommercial
