We are currently seeking Sr. Systems Engineer to support our Army team in Fort Belvoir, VA. Job Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (currently remote due to COVID) CyberData Technologies is looking to hire a Senior Systems Engineer with a strong background in Enterprise Services to serve as a technical subject matter expert supporting the U.S. Army Enterprise Content, Collaboration, and Messaging (EC2M) program at Ft Belvoir, VA. The Senior System Engineer will perform lifecycle management and network architecture duties and must also be able to inform and advise non-technical leadership on technical issues and courses of action. The position requires a strong background in Identity and Access Management, familiarity with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and familiarity/experience with Adobe Experience Manager and the system lifecycle management process. The candidate will be required to attend technical meetings as the technical representative for EC2M regarding Army Network and Enterprise Services, in addition to assisting web application integrators with automation, administration, and modernization of process management tools and web applications. The candidate will also work with government leadership to develop, deploy, and maintain new business processes using workflow automation tools. This position requires a basic understanding of Microsoft O-365, ICAM, multi-factor authentication, business process management and workflow tools and the deployment/implementation of any of these technologies. A successful applicant will be able to creatively develop solutions within a technological and security constrained environment. Expert troubleshooting, problem solving, and research skills will be needed and must be deployed with consideration to the security, availability, and integrity of processes, tools, and applications. The candidate is required to have and maintain an existing SECRET clearance. Required Skills:
5+ years professional experience desired in the following skills:
Proactively monitoring and managing functionality of web applications, and troubleshooting issues with an application hosting team
Planning and implementing changes, enhancements, additions, and/or deletions to web applications as needed, ensuring little disruption to users
Gathering requirements, designing and implementing and improving processes and workflows within web applications and business process management systems such as Appian, BPM, ServiceNow
Configuration management and release management, User interface design, configuration, and management
Experience with Directory Services such as Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
Experience with the system lifecycle management process and network architecture
Experience with an administration directory, including access solutions in multiple operating system environments (WAN, LAN, Cloud)
Extensive knowledge and experience implementing Identity & Access Management (IdAM) application, integration and O&M solutions and assisting with architectures, datasets and commercial applications to include implementing and maintains Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for enterprise systems.
Sound knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Federation, SSO.
Facilitate issue resolution, enhancements/defect fix implementation, and effort estimation.
Experience with Multi-factor authentication (MFA) capabilities including token-based authentication and services, including development and maintenance of token services (i.e. JSON, SAML) Desired Skills:
Strong background in DoD/Army computing environments, application security requirements; Familiarity with DoD/Army terminology and organizational structure
Experience performing Business Process Re-engineering
Experience with supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), MS Azure and other DoD/Army-approved Cloud hosting environments
DoD IAT Level II Certification
Familiarity/Experience with:
Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tool
ServiceNow Platform
