We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist - PT.

** Part-Time Shifts Available! **

Physical Therapist - PT - Qualifications:

Must have MA Physical Therapist license.
Geriatrics experience preferred.
CPR certification as per facility policy.

Physical Therapist - PT - Job Summary:

Screen, evaluate and treat residents needing Physical Therapy services.
Perform patient evaluations develop a treatment plan.
Implement treatment plan through direct treatment, education of treatment staff and supervision of physical therapy staff.
Maintain accurate billing information in accordance with facility procedures.
Participate in interdisciplinary and family meetings.
Conduct staff training/education via formal and informal in-services and consultations.
Supervise Certified Physical Therapy Assistants and rehabilitation aides/extenders.
