We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse - RN.
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus (22.5+ hours/week)!
Available Shifts: 3p to 11p and 11p to 7a; Full and Part-Time
Very stable leadership and low turnover
Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications:
Current RN - Registered Nurse licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Current BLS certification.
RN - Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of Long-Term Care experience.
Registered Nurse - RN Job Summary:
Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
Regular rounding on nursing units.
Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers.
Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse.
