We are currently looking to hire a Reliability Technician I based in Salt Lake City, Utah! The hourly pay rate for this position is $33.18 per hour. Additionally, Horizon Organic Dairy great benefits include the standards like medical, dental, vision and life insurances as well as some not-so-standard benefits like paid breaks, tuition reimbursement, wellness program and gym membership reimbursement, retiree health care, free uniforms, and safety shoes.In this role, you will be responsible for: You will Install, examine, inspect, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures PLC & PID controllers and pipe, and electrical systemsYou will promote a positive team atmosphere and champion involvement of all employeesYou will Troubleshoot any mechanical or electrical problems using PLC, ladder diagrams, schematics, PID and or CMMSYou will Operate a forklift and other heavy machinery whenever it is applicableYou will Generates Preventive, Predictive and Corrective work orders from Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Closes wok orders in Maintenance Management System (CMMS) when tasks are completed. Adjusts work orders in relation to priority and effectively communicates the changes to the Maintenance Supervisor. Assist if necessary, in preparation of the weekly maintenance work schedule in conjunction with the Maintenance Supervisor and Operations You will Works with Operations, and Maintenance Supervisor to identify areas of opportunity to schedule work during periods of downtime About youYou will have a High School Diploma or equivalent Electrical / Mechanical Background necessaryYou will have an Apprenticeship program or technical background preferredYou will have above average computer skills including MS Word & MS ExcelYou will have 3-5 years of experience with computerized CMMS work order system preferred About DanoneAbout Us,We offer and What's next:Two generations of families-and counting-have grown up on Horizon Organic milk.
