Dave and Buster's - Anchorage is looking for a full time or part time line cook/prep cook to start immediately in Anchorage, AK. Line cooks/prep cooks prepare the signature, quality food Dave and Buster's - Anchorage is known for. Efficiently prepares food items as ordered. -Exercises food safety and kitchen sanitation practices in order to deliver a quality product. -Stays ahead of orders by anticipating demand throughout shift. -Maintains cleanliness and working order of work area, tools, equipment, and supplies. -Keeps walk in cooler/freezer organized. -May assist with inventory temp logs and waste logs.
