Physical Therapist (PT) – Responsibilities & Facility Details
• 100% outpatient setting (PACE clinic)
• Manage 5–6 patients per day
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Patient population: Ages 50+
Physical Therapist (PT) – Qualifications & Skills
• Preference for candidates with geriatric experience
• DPT or Master’s degree required
• Compassionate clinicians with a genuine passion for elder care
• Strong communication and patient-centered approach
