- Experience guided salary $133,120 to $162,240
- Relocation Allowance, $20,000 Starting Bonus
- Monday-Friday work week

- Corroborate with medical staff on dosages and drug administration.
- Serve as consultant pharmacist to Long-Term Care Facility, Staff pharmacist duties - Inpatient Hospital setting.
- B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD
- CPR certifications
