RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Physical Therapist (PT)
- Provider will treat patients in the outpatient clinic including both ortho and neuro
- Clinic hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
- 1:1 treatment seeing only 10-12 patients per day
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist (PT)
- Open to experienced and new grads
- Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma license
