Duties * Perform IT project management to deliver information technology products, services, or systems in support of US Africa Command objectives. * Determine appropriate products or services with clients or customers to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. * Perform IT policy and planning to include strategic planning, policy and standards development, resource management, knowledge management, auditing and information security management. * Represent US Africa Command concerning communications and IT policy, planning, coordination, and problem resolution. * Draft IT policies and plans applying comprehensive knowledge of the organization's policy and planning formulation process, capital investment planning principles and methods, enterprise IT goals and objectives, and IT metrics methods and concepts.
