Duties * Serve as a Senior Security Cooperation Planning Specialist assisting in the development of the security cooperation annex for the USAFRICOM theater campaign plan. * Coordinate efforts of USAFRICOMs security cooperation planning preparation of plans and guidance of program performance in support of Africa Command's strategic objectives and achievement of desired regional effects for the five regions of Africa. * Advise the Division Chief or Deputy Director for Programs on all matters pertaining to security cooperation planning and interactions between all interested organizations and parties. * Oversee the running of the Security Cooperation Working Group (SCWG) and the prioritization of SC resources. * Prepare a variety of briefing material, correspondence, reports, position papers, factsheets, and letters.
