Duties * You will perform and advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. * You will serve as SUPSHIP Groton's Payroll Analyst. * You will advise and training employees on the proper timekeeping entries within Navy ERP. * You will serve as Customer Service Representative, CSR, thus acting as liaison between SUPSHIP Groton employees and DFAS. * You will review and evaluate budget requests, and reporting on obligations and expenditures. * You will serve as SUPSHIP Groton's Travel Analyst. * You will review and process all travel orders and vouchers, ensuring orders are in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations, JTR, and appropriate funding is utilized. * You will review and correct Unmatched Transactions, UMTs, to ensure documents are properly obligated under correct funding. * You will commit and obligate a variety of funding for new contracts and modifications. * You will research regulatory material to obtain factual information. * You will assist program managers or staff in interpreting the impact of and planning for financial/budgetary and program changes.
