Duties * Perform duties as the electronic Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (eFLIPL) System Project Lead and Project Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR)/Technical Monitor. * Plan and monitor cost, schedule, and performance of the assigned systems. * Manage system aspects such as requirements, design, development, testing, and integration efforts. * Translate business requirements into functional requirements to meet customer needs. * Responsible to provide briefings to the Command, customer, and eFLIPL stakeholders regarding project status of assigned systems. * Lead and coordinate meetings with team members within and outside the organization.
