Duties * Serves as a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst responsible for the management of FMS projects, engagements, and risk management. * Partners with Geographic Combatant Commands (GCC), other Government Agencies, and Partner Nations to provide expert knowledge of Partner Nation requirements to meet desired FMS and Security Assistance (SA) outcomes. * Responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing FMS projects in compliance with established legislation, policies, procedures, and country funding ceilings. * Tracks FMS program execution, milestones, and strategic impacts to ensure SA programs for assigned countries are performed effectively and responsibly. * Participates in procurement planning, contract management, and acquisition for FMS activities across the materiel spectrum of the JPEO-CBRND Enterprise. * Develops briefings, reports, executive summaries, and other documents required by JPEO-CBRND leadership, USASAC, and other relevant stakeholders. * Communicates with a wide range of customers on all aspects of FMS programs with respect to status, statutes, regulations, policy, and procedures.
