Duties * Serve as a staff advisor providing operational and management guidance and oversight of the National Security Engineering Center (NSEC) Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) operated by the MITRE Corporation. * Provides program and analytical support to DoD agencies (except the Air Force) and other selected government agencies requiring research, systems engineering and systems integration support from the NSEC FFRDC. * Providing feedback, formal and informal, to NSEC FFRDC participants to include customers, DoD sponsors, and MITRE Corporation, on the status of the NSEC FFRDC program and contract delivery, funding, billing, and performance evaluation. * Preparing short and long range goals and plans for the agencies participating in this highly visible complex Research and Development, systems engineering and systems integrated support from NSEC FFRDC.
