Duties * You will manage complex and challenging construction projects in various geographic locations in support of Navy, Marine Corps, or other agency clients with critical, time-sensitive missions and functions. * You will make site investigations to collect pertinent data and respond to requests for information. * You will monitor construction activity to ensure compliance with contract plans, specifications, and scheduling. * You will manage the technical submittal process to ensure submittals meet contract requirements. * You will manage the change order process required to address unforeseen conditions, differing site conditions, design deficiencies, etc. * You will review construction project parameters (e.g., integration, scope, time, cost, quality, communication, procurement, risk management) to recommend changes that will improve the overall project results. * You will negotiate design modifications with representatives to verify operational agreements satisfy the interests of facilities programs and projects.
