Duties * You will provide guidance and expert advice on Naval Supply Chain functions and processes for end-to-end integration to ensure continuing operations with emerging systems applications and products. * You will develop, issue, and implement business process solutions aligned to policies, procedures, business rules, and other guidance relevant to the end-to-end supply chain integration between process areas and sub-processes. * You will develop and implement Naval logistics and supply chain management solutions to fit within the Logistics Information Technology (LOG IT) Roadmap. * You will be responsible for facilitating the exchange of information with the private industry sector concerning process planning strategies. * You will provide leadership in overseeing daily operations in a supply support environment. * You will plan work to be accomplished, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work. * You will complete work that involves participation of a large number of headquarters codes, other SYSCOMS, United States Marine Corps (USMC), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Fleet elements, all active Fleet ships, and LOG Ot providers. * You will research and report on process touchpoints and gaps pertaining to the partnership between Naval and Joint Stakeholders (ex. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Supply Systems Analyst experience to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying extensive knowledge of inventory, logistics, supply chain management that provide material for Navy aircraft, surface ships, submarines and their associated weapons systems policies, concepts, practices, and principles in order to analyze and develop solutions for problems to ensure continued effective support is provided to fleet and shore commands both in peacetime and wartime. I have experience analyzing and researching various automated supply systems to improve quality and performance of the supply program by ensuring completion of supply work and reports such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Logistics Information Technology (LOG IT) solutions ensuring naval warfighter needs are met at best value and on schedule to support mission critical operations and deliver sustained global support. I establish and maintain consistent communication such as recurring meetings, conferences, and discussions with ranking military, civilian managers, supervisors, and technical staff regarding supply operations. I have experience planning work to be accomplished by subordinates, set, and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
