DutiesAs a Program Manager, you will:Develop contract specifications/tasking and review contractor-performed work related to design, engineering, operation, maintenance, construction, and repair of assigned facilities, buildings, grounds, utilities, and equipment.Lead development of goals, objectives, and strategic plans, which define the long-term emphasis and focus of the program.Evaluate contractor performance and overall program effectiveness in terms of mission accomplishment, schedule and budget, quality, quantity and environment, safety, and health standards, procedural, policy, and regulatory compliance, and technical competence.Direct studies, surveillances, assessments, and validations to identify trends and develop forecasts of directions in the program within and outside the agency.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentYou must be a United States Citizen.This employer participates in the e-Verify program.If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, you must certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so under the Selective Service Law.
