DutiesAs the Supervisor of the Program Marketing group in Energy Efficiency, you will:Be responsible for managing all marketing and communication strategies and activities to promote and support BPA's Energy Efficiency efforts to more than 135 public utility customers throughout the Pacific Northwest.Oversee integrated marketing efforts that combine advertising, customer communication, written and print materials, web, social media and outreach activities to increase behavior change and the adoption of energy efficiency measures.Plan and orchestrate customer and stakeholder outreach activities and the achievement of departmental customer satisfaction goals.Oversee the negotiation of BPA's energy conservation acquisition contracts.Provide technical and administrative support related to BPA's energy efficiency activities with customers and stakeholders.Facilitate the production and delivery of energy efficiency programs, products and services in accordance with customer needs and contracts.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentMust be a U.S. Citizen or National.This employer participates in the e-Verify program.Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for Selective Service.Suitable for Federal employment, as determined by a background investigation.May be required to successfully complete a probationary period.This position does not support remote work. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
