Qualifications Specialized Experience:You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, performing duties such as: * Develop and implement communication strategies that support and promote organizational change and agency goals; * Lead communications response in supporting incident response, and counsel and coordination activities with Federal, state, local, and private sector counterparts; AND * Work with public affairs specialists at all levels of government and in affected private-sector industries to implement effective plans and policies.
