Duties The primary purpose of this position is to provides program planning, development and execution to implement improvements in the business processes used to manage the delivery of Information Technology (IT) services. Basic Requirement: Possess information technology related experience demonstrating each of the four required competencies: A. Attention to Detail: Ensuring IT programs are in compliance with policies and/or standards; B. Customer Service: Collaborating with clients to implement better ways to address customer issues; C. Oral Communication: Advising other leadership on IT methods or practices; and D. Problem Solving: Providing solutions to issues to meet short and long-term goals. AND Specialized Experience:GS-15: Applicant must demonstrate at least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-14 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties: * Managing subordinate personnel responsible for operations within an information technology services office; * Developing information technology policies and/or procedures; and * Evaluating IT programs or projects to resolve organizational issues.
