Duties * Manages the administrative processing of requests for information from AFOSI investigative files. * Provides guidance and information to all command levels and national agencies. * Performs a variety of administrative clerical functions in support of the Agency Release program. OR EDUCATION: Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR have completed two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR have a LL.B or J.D., if related. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: * Knowledge of the policies, principles, concepts, guidance, procedures, techniques, and methodologies to administering an Information Release for a federal agency including (but not limited to): providing information, technical advice and assistance to all Department of Defense (DOD) components, other federal, state and local agencies, and to AFOSI field units worldwide on a wide variety of assignments; responding to and advising law enforcement agencies on information requests; and responding to all other agency requests for information as appropriate. * Knowledge of AFOSI mission, organizations, investigative methods; and guidelines regarding information disclosure and protected information associated with AFOSI. * Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust suspense priorities to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources. * Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy. * Knowledge of electronic information technologies as applied to information release including law enforcement and counterintelligence case management systems, databases and SharePoint. * Knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools and techniques to support office administrative operations.
