Duties This position is located with AASF 1 in Phoenix, Arizona. Serves as the analyst responsible for accomplishing program planning, budgeting, analysis and evaluation of Army National Guard aviation programs in a state. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. Requirements Conditions of Employment * ARIZONA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED. Qualifications Military Grades: Must possess one of the following ranks: PFC/E3 - SFC/E7, WO1/W1 - CW4/W4, 2LT/O1 - CPT/O3 Compatible Military Assignments: Must possess an Army MOS SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : Must possess 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience, education, or training which has provided application of practices, theories, techniques, and methods of management. Experience analyzing, interpreting, and developing policies and procedures of local management. Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems.
