Duties * Serves as the alternate Army Charge Card Program Coordinator for the directorate. * Processes all applications and maintains required reports and documents. * Requests input from directorate personnel, organizes material and completes appropriate format for review by supervisor. * Serves as the division's liaison on all civilian personnel matters. * Maintains suspense database on military and civilian performance appraisals and awards keeping supervisors apprised of status and delinquent actions. * Compares computer generated information that shows a possible error with actual input data, identifying error source and determines corrective action. * Prepares time and attendance cards for civilians assigned to the division CDID headquarters section. * Performs a myriad of administrative duties to facilitate the mission and work of the directorate. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * This position requires a typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) based on a 5 minute sample with 3 or fewer errors. * Appointment to this position is subject to a three year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315. * This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance. * This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 25% of the time.
